Análise diplomática da autenticidade de documentos de arquivo pessoal

Abstract

Analyzes in the context of Diplomatics the authenticity of documents belonging to a personal archive, in order to deepen the theoretical knowledge directing them to practical activity. This is a descriptive research in that it describes in the Diplomatics’ perspective the analysis results of the authenticity of documents of a personal archive. Regarding the approach, it is a qualitative one, and it used the observation technique. It was concluded from the analysis developed, that the difficulties inherent to the elements that give authenticity to printed documents are also inherent to digital documents, even in a different configuration. Finally, it is suggested to conduct new studies on the selected theme, given its importance and social relevance, especially with regard to legal aspects of the documentary framework.
