Studies evidence how difficult it is for organizations to understand social responsibility, social marketing and marketing related to social issues that may be an obstacle to good performance. These concepts will be presented as a strategy to communicate actions concerned with social welfare for social organizations. After selecting the organization under study, an analysis based on their social projects was performed. The pyramidal structure of Carroll (1999) which identifies four behaviors that the company deals with in its projects: a philanthropic responsibility, ethical, legal and economic, was used in this analysis.

Financial Crisis and Global GovernanceSheng, Andrew (World Bank, Washington, DC, 2017-08-14)This paper attempts to use network
theory, drawn from recent work in sociology, engineering,
and biological systems, to suggest that the current crisis
should be viewed as a network crisis. The author surveys the
concepts of networks, their defining characteristics,
applications to financial markets, and the need for
supervision and implications for national and global
governance. Then, author briefly examines the current
financial crisis in the light of the network analysis and
surveys the recent reforms in financial regulation and
architecture. The paper concludes with an analysis of the
 policy implications of network analysis.

Labor Market Policy in Developing Countries : A Selective Review of the Literature and Needs for the FutureFields, Gary S. (World Bank, Washington, DC, 2007-09)This paper presents a selective overview
of the literature on modeling labor market policies in
developing countries. It considers welfare economics,
theoretical models, and empirical evidence to highlight the
three general features needed in future research on labor
market policy in developing countries. The author identifies
 desirable research components (welfare economics,
theoretical modeling, and empirical modeling) and pitfalls
in the literature (inappropriate use of productivity,
reliance on wrong kinds of empirical studies, lack of
cost-benefit analysis, attention to only a subset of the
goods and bads, and fallacy of composition). The paper
concludes with suggested topics and methods for future
research. The author states that sound labor market policy
requires sound labor market models. The paper makes a case
for developing policy based on explicit evaluation criteria,
specific theoretical models, and comprehensive empirical evidence.
