[[abstract]]Under impact of global competition and social changes, companies have begun to focus on working in improving business strategies. By that enterprises hope to create sustainable competitive advantages, such that they may obtain sustainable developments, for which the corporate social responsibility has been considered as a critical element of an enterprise in moving towards the sustainable operations. Therefore, many international organizations and large companies have started to promote and practice social responsibility and also more and more stakeholders pay attention to the performances of an enterprise in social responsibility and that affects their point of view of the enterprise. Also, in recent years more scholars have advocated that, corporate social responsibility and business strategy should be combined together such that both firms and society may have the win-win situations. Therefore, how companies should be committed to corporate social responsibility and how that would improve the organizational performance while maintaining the interests of stakeholders is the interest of this research.Since there are still many companies who are not completely aware of the scope of corporate social responsibility, or do not understand their customers’ attention to corporate social responsibility, this research therefore will consider the economic, legal, ethical and charitable aspects while facing the main stakeholders as the directions proposed for the reference of enterprises. Then, this research will summarize literatures for influential factors on the corporate social responsibility and the performance of enterprise. Also, it will utilize a relation framework concept among the corporate social responsibility, influence factors and organizational performance for an enterprise to understand the correlation among the factors. Thus, through the relationships between these factors that affect the organizational performance, it could promote the positive thinking of enterprise to corporate social responsibility. In addition, it may help the companies understand fulfillment of the corporate social responsibility, which may start from different levels and aspects, and that not only meets the needs of interested parties but also allows an enterprise to enhance the performance.Finally, this research also explores the relevant literature and uses a case study in literature, to verify that whether corporate social responsibility has an impact on the organizational performance through the influential factors. Our results found that the most basic social responsibility of an enterprise is that the company has a sound corporate governance mechanism, such that the company may use it to safeguard the interests of stakeholders. Also it confirmed that organizational culture and leader behavior and attitude would affect the company’s dedication to corporate social responsibility. When actions of corporate social responsibility and culture are consistent, they may promote organizational performance and affect the organizational commitment to the employees as well as their jobs’ performance. Also, through corporate social responsibility, business strategy and market-oriented integration it will bring a company a higher competitive advantage and performance.
