This thesis deals with the social responsibility Organization (CSR). It focuses and enhances the use of the Organization's social responsibility activities. The selected organizations to observe the Lidl in. o. s. in the theoretical part is explained by the concept of CSR. It is pointed out to the importance of the development of the history of CSR. One of the important points are also 3 pillars. They are focused on the activities of corporate social responsibility, communication, its types and tools. The practical part is aimed at Lidl, its characteristics and activities that relate to the CSR. It was found that the company is largely devoted to various activities of CSR. Monitored by the company was the Logistics Center in brandýs nad Labem. Survey was carried out on the use of employee benefits and knowledge activities of Lidl. The majority of respondents, it is evident that they know the company activities and support them. In the end, the work is proposed to improve the care for the employees of the company.Date
