Peranan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Astra Auto 2000 Cabang Amplas Dalam Pengembangan UKM di Medan

Abstract

Public awareness of the impact of the companyonits social and environmental conditionsis increasingly important, so start pressing companies to disclose socialres ponsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility). CSR or corporate social responsibility is acompany's commitment tobuilda better quality of life along with the relevant stakeholders, especially being around the community where the company islocated. Based on the survey results revealed that70.6% variable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with indicator public participation, capital of UKM, aidproduct promotions partnership, partnership assistance for environmental development, and training of UKM explain the variable effects onthe development of UKM assisted PT Astra Auto2000, while 29.4% is other variables not examined such as motivation, discipline and so on. And simultaneously public participation, capital of UKM, aid product promotions partnership, partnerships environmental development assistance, and training UKM positive and significant impacton UKM development PT Astra Auto2000.
