DİN-TEFEKKÜR İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Tefekkür kavramı dinî terminolojide önemli bir yertutar. Çünkü Kur’ân’da tefekkür ve onunla yakın anlamlı olan terimler sıkça yeralır. Tefekkür etmenin, dinî ve ahlakî açıdan önemi sürekli bir biçimdevurgulanır. Tefekkür eyleminde bulunmamanın ise olumsuz sonuçlarına dikkatçekilir.Bu çalışmada din ve tefekkür kavramı üzerinde kısacadurulmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra Kur’ân’da yer alan tefekkür ile ilgili âyetlereyer verilerek, din-tefekkür ilişkisinin mahiyeti incelenmektedir. Tefekkürünvasıtaları ve engelleri hakkında birtakım bilgiler sunulmaktadır. Kur’ânî tefekkürünortaya çıkardığı müspet sonuçlar üzerinde durularak güncel bakımdan gereklibazı değerlendirmeler yapılmaktadır.

The concept of contemplation holds an important placein religious terminology. It is so because the concept of contemplation andother terms with similar meanings are often mentioned in the Qur’an. Thesignificance of contemplation from religious and moral perspective isemphasized often. Attention is also drawn to the negative outcomes that may becaused by lack or absence of contemplation.This study deals briefly with the concepts of religionand contemplation. In addition, the essence of the relationship betweenreligion and contemplation is analyzed with references to the verses related tocontemplation in the Qur’an. This study also provides some information aboutthe means and barriers of contemplation. Finally, this study provides somenecessary evaluations for the present time with a focus on the positive outcomesbrought about by the Qur’anic contemplation.
