O mal estar pode ser educado? : um percurso entre o bem e o sublime

Resumo: Este trabalho se propõe a discutir a relação entre a ação educativa e a entrada do sujeito na cultura. Trabalhamos com as orientações freudianas relativas à educação, observando a aproximação destas com suas concepções sobre a civilização. Observamos que essas proposições estabelecem um paradoxo e para abordá-lo percorremos a tensão entre os conceitos de recalcamento e sublimação nos dois tempos do pensamento freudiano, localizando como ponto de virada de sua obra a postulação da pulsão de morte, quando o "mal radical" passa a ser constituinte do ser humano. Destacamos que a perspectiva moral se propõe a recalcar o mal em nome do bem coletivo, mas ergue uma barreira ao sujeito do desejo. Já pela via da sublimação temos a possibilidade de criar algo que diga do sujeito do desejo, a partir dessa destrutividade fundamental, e adentramos ao terreno da ética. Como o projeto civilizatório é sustentado pela dimensão do bem e da moralidade, a entrada do sujeito na cultura gera para ele um mal-estar irredutível, e nesse âmbito se estabelece a ação educativa, o que nos permitirá questionar a concepção pastoral da educação. Por fim, analisaremos algumas intervenções de uma analista dentro da escola, delimitando como centro de sua operação a sustentação de um lugar esvaziado de saber, posição que remete a ação educativa à sua dimensão problemática e não pacificadora.

Abstract: This work proposes to discuss the relationship between educational activity and the integration of a subject into the culture. We work with Freudian orientation relative to education, observing similarities to his concepts on civilization. We see that these propositions establish a paradox and to approach it we examine the tension between the concepts of repression and sublimation in the two times of Freudian thought, identifying the death drive hypothesis as the turning point of his work, when "basic evil" becomes part of the human being. We emphasize that the moral perspective proposes to repress evil in the name of the collective good, but it builds a barrier to the subject of desire. By means of sublimation we already have the possibility to create something that addresses the subject of desire, starting from this fundamental destructiveness, and we enter the domain of ethics. Since the civilizing project is sustained by the dimension of good and of morality, the subject?s integration into the culture causes him an irreducible malaise, and in this sphere the educational activity is established that allows us to question the pastoral concept of education. Finally, we will analyze some interventions by an analyst within the school, defining as the center of operation the support of a place emptied of knowledge, a position that refers to the problematic dimension of educational activity rather than its pacifying dimension.
