Abstract
Specialists in risk management agree of humanity will be witness of new and bigger disasters, tendency that has been growing in the last decade. This is due to the increase of human population in a condition of vulnerability, by the one hand, and to the increase of the destructive power of natural phenomena, by the other. The author of this article is among the ones who interpret the last aspect as an expression of the immunological system of the biosphere that is trying to get rid of a species that, although is the masterpiece of the Cosmos, has become a plague. One of the keys for the survival of our species on the planet is on Ethics.
