The Bachelor Thesis is focused on business negotiation with South Koreans. The aim of the work is to analyze factors influencing business negotiating. There are issues from general geographic, historic and politic areas as well as social-cultural characteristics. Understanding of originality of Korean national specifics and sensitive perception of cultural differences is necessity for creation of perspective business partnership with this country. The work is divided into 4 parts: 1st Basic facts about country, 2nd Korean culture, 3rd Business negotiation, 4th Comparison of Korean business negotiation with the most powerful business partners. The fundament of successful International business negotiation is willingness to understand the partner's opinions and different points of view. Without this attitude is practically impossible to reach effective long-term business partnership and mutual satisfaction.Date
