Abstract

Several points from Information Paper No.16 (Making Sure that Electoral Boundaries are Fair in South Australia) remain to be clarified. This Research Note looks at the pattern of swings in marginal seats, and at whether the ALP could expect to win the majority of seats with a swing across the State of 1.6% to the ALP.
