 Role of Implementation Supervision Planning of Education in Improving Teacher Motivation and Performance of PAI teacher at Elementary school
 in Bancak and BringinDistrict Semarang Regency
 in Academic Year 20015/2016
 
 This study aims to find the system ofplaning of PAI supervision of supervisor. Second, to find the motivation and performance of PAI teachers of Elementary School. Third, to find the role of educational implementation supervision planning of PAI supervisor in improving motivation and performance of PAI teachers at Elementary School in BancakandBringinDistrictSemarang Regency academic year 2015/2016.
 This study is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data. Datas were analyzed using the inductive method.The results showed that in the planning activities of supervision by PAI supervisors is good enough and well planned, it can be seen after researchers conducted a study of documentation such as the Annual Program, Program Academic Semester and plan oversight.
 Motivation and performance of PAI teachers in Bancak and Bringin District with civil servant status and the certification is good, but non PNS teacher still need to be improved.
 The success rate of implementation of planning supervision gives more positive impact in District Bringin because teachers can provide advice and input in the planning of supervision, while teachers in District Bancak that not all involved in the planning of supervision tend to be less motivated to improve the performance of not knowing when or what should be prepared in supervision activities.
