我国民办高等教育转型及可持续发展的政策保障——以陕西省为例

Abstract

我国民办高等教育正从“机遇性发展“转向“实力型竞争“,从“外延式扩张“转向“内涵式发展“,从“粗放型经营“转向“可持续发展“,面临着政策制约、缺乏规划与统筹协调以及经费供需矛盾突出等困境。为促进民办高等教育的可持续发展,应从政策保障上进一步明确和完善。

Non-governmental higher education in China is in the transition from "opportunity" to "strength competition",from "extensive expansion" to "content development",and from "extensive operation" to "sustainable development".It faces the problems of policy constraints,lack of planning and co-ordination,shortage of funding etc.In order to promote the sustainable development of non-governmental higher education,it requires further clarity and development of safeguarding policies.
