Abstract
Manajemen Pelayanan Pendidikan Inklusif (Studi di Pusat Studi dan Layanan Disabilitas Universitas Brawijaya) Abstract: Brawijaya University as a medium for the society in the achievement of individuals and groups, positioning itself at the forefront as an agent of change for the development of the nation and the state. Optimizing the role of university is not only for the intellectual education, but it should be aimed for the moral and character education, which will be able to bring the expected results and benefits to the society. Mature education is the education that is intended for all groups of people, either the normal people or who have special needs (disability). Best service management should include 4 significant elements namely; resource good service, stable organizational culture, system services can be measured and students. Therefore, minimum services standards that must be applied properly and correctly in accordance with the needs of students and societies who receive services or as a citizen. Key Words: service management, inclusive education, human rights   Abstrak: Universitas Brawijaya sebagai sarana bagi masyarakat dalam meraih prestasi secara individu dan kelompok, memposisikan diri yang terdepan sebagai agen perubah bagi kemajuan bangsa dan negara. Optimalisasi peran universitas tidak hanya sebatas pendidikan intelektual saja namun seharusnya lebih mengarah kepada pendidikan moral dan budi pekerti, yang nantinya diharapkan mampu membawa hasil dan manfaat bagi lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. Pendidikan yang dewasa adalah pendidikan yang diperuntukan untuk semua golongan, baik yang normal maupun yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus (disabilitas). Manajemen pelayanan yang terbaik harus meliputi 4 unsur penting yakni; sumber daya pelayanan yang baik dan benar, budaya organisasi yang stabil, sistem pelayanan yang dapat diukur dan mahasiswa. Standar pelayanan minimal yang diterapkan diharapkan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa dan atau masyarakat yang menerima pelayanan tersebut sebagai seorang warga negara. Export search results
