Abstract[[abstract]]本研究以高雄市國民小學資訊教師為研究對象，旨在瞭解高雄市國民小學資訊教師背景、資訊素養及工作內容執行狀況，並進一步探討不同變項之間的差異及相關情形。 本研究採取問卷調查法，發出正式問卷204份，共回收問卷153份，回收率75.00%，有效問卷148份，有效可用率為72.55%，以敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關分析等方法來進行分析，最後得出本研究之結論： 一、高雄市國民小學資訊教師之資訊素養屬於中上程度；其中以「資訊倫理」層面最高，其次是「資訊認知與應用」層面，最後為「資訊操作」層面。 二、高雄市國民小學資訊教師工作內容執行狀況普遍達到中等程度。 三、背景變項(性別、服務年資、職務、學校規模)的不同會造成高雄市國民小學資訊教師資訊素養的差異。 四、不同背景變項的高雄市國民小學資訊教師，在工作內容執行狀況上沒有顯著差異。 五、高雄市國民小學資訊教師資訊素養及工作內容執行狀況有正相關的關係存在。 六、高雄市國民小學資訊教師多使用資訊設備來處理行政事務，而資訊教師普遍多期望以參加相關研習活動或研討會的方式來提升資訊素養。 最後根據研究結果提出建議，希望提供主管教育行政機關及資訊教師作為提升資訊素養能力，以及後續研究之參考。
[[abstract]]In this thesis, the author took computer science teachers in elementary school in Kaohsiung City as research subject, to realize their background, information literacy and implementation of their job, and to further discuss the differences caused by distinct variables. Questionnaire survey is adopted in this thesis, a total number of 204 questionnaires were distributed. Among them, 148 effective samples were received. The feedback percentage reaches 72.55%. Following conclusions were made through descriptive statistics, Independent-Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation: 1. The information literacy for computer science teacher in elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City is above average, in which the layer with highest score is “information ethics” followed by “information cognition and application” and “information operation.” 2. Job implementation of computer science teachers in elementary school in Kaohsiung City is generally achieving a middle level. 3. The difference of background variables (Gender, Tenure, Occupation and Scale of School) would cause differences in information literature among teachers. 4. There is no significant difference of job implementation from teachers with distinct background variables. 5. There is positive relationship between information literacy and job implementation for computer science teachers in elementary school in Kaohsiung. 6. Computer science teachers mostly handle administrative tasks with information equipment, while most of them expect to elevate their information literacy through joining related training or workshops. In the last part, this thesis proposed recommendations through results, with expectation to serve as reference for governing authority or computer science teachers themselves seeking improvement on information literacy.
