Mokyklos aplinkos veiksnių ir mokinių įsitraukimo į mokyklą sąsajos

Abstract

Darbo tikslas buvo įvertinti mokyklos aplinkos veiksnių ir mokinių įsitraukimo į neformaliojo ugdymo veiklas sąsajas. Tyrime, atliktame 2011 m. balandžio mėn., dalyvavo 207 vienos Lietuvos miesto bendrojo lavinimo pagrindinės mokyklos V–VIII klasių mokiniai. Tyrimo metu vykdyta anketinė apklausa. Mokiniai apklausos anketą savarankiškai pildė internetinėje erdvėje, stebint tyrimo vykdytojui. Visi tyrimo dalyviai supažindinti su tyrimo tikslu, anketos pildymo instrukcija bei informuoti apie pateiktų duomenų konfidencialumą. Vienas iš tyrimo uždavinių buvo atskleisti mokinių tarpusavio santykių su ugdytojais, dirbančiais mokykloje, bendraamžiais ir tėvais ypatumus lyties ir amžiaus aspektu. Skirtumų tarp lyčių analizė parodė, kad merginos geriau vertina santykius su kitais mokyklos mokiniais ir tėvais nei vaikinai, tačiau santykių su mokytojais bei kitais mokyklos specialistais vertinimai nesiskyrė. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad jaunesnieji paaugliai geriau vertina savo santykius su mokytojais, kitais mokykloje dirbančiais specialistais ir tėvais nei vyresnieji paaugliai, bet skirtumų vertinant mokinių santykius su kitais mokyklos mokiniais nenustatyta. Mokinių požiūrio į mokykloje organizuojamas neformaliojo ugdymo veiklas analizė parodė, kad merginos jas vertina geriau nei vaikinai. Jaunesniųjų ir vyresniųjų paauglių mokykloje organizuojamų veiklų vertinimai nesiskyrė. Tyrime dalyvavę mokiniai akcentavo mokykloje vykdomų veiklų įvairovės stoką. Mokyklos aplinkos atskirų... The aim of the paper was to assess the links of environmental factors of school and student involvement in non – formal education activities. In the survey, conducted in 2011 April, 207 students took part in one of Lithuanian comprehensive basic school in the classes of 5 to 8. The survey was conducted in a questionnaire study. Students in the survey filled out an online questionnaire while monitoring by the principal of the investigation. All research participants were introduced of the purpose of the research, the filling instructions and were informed about the material being confidential. One of the objectives of the research was to reveal students' relationship peculiarities with the educators, working in schools, contemporaries and parents in the aspect of gender and age. The analysis of differences between the sexes showed that girls are in better relationships with other school students and their parents than boys, but the relationship with teachers and other school professionals evaluations did not differ. The results of the research revealed that younger adolescents are in better relationships with their teachers and other professionals working in the school and their parents than older adolescents, but differences in the estimation of students' relationships with other school pupils have not been identified.
