Abstract

The Bahelor thesis on Life-long education and it’s image in online presentations is focused on analysis of offers of gastronomical education on the internet. Offered courses are separated due to individual categories and into the database, afterwards, offers were sorted by age, location, eduaction required or price and collated and compared by their frequency. Results show the highest rate of offfers is of informational character only, though intereset in specializations Chef or Confectioner is growing at a steady pace, as seen in requalification offers and even courses offering achieving component proffesion competences. Prices vary depending on quality, location or lector, most frequent provider of courses being a company with limited liability or a an individual, offering education mostly in form of daily courses. Private and public schools, on the other hand, offer correspondence or combined courses. Most of the courses is confirmed with a certificate.
