Abstract
This paper focuses on the literacy and curriculum for promoting inclusive education by reviewing the design for the learning environment in inclusive education and reviewing the discourse around the education systems. The discourse about the introduction of an inclusive system into the secondary education system is assessed in conjunction with a discussion of the issues about academic achievement in US secondary schools. Through reviewing the articles on these topics, the issues on the relationship between the literacy of the students of minority groups and the school curriculum is to be discovered.Identifier
