Abstract
Abstract<p>The article proves the peculiarities of the methodology for preparation of practitioners involved in the continuing education of civil servants, defines the purpose of teaching them pedagogical skills, which allowed the author to identify stages of their preparation for teaching. These specified categories of practitioners&rsquo; competences as well as the principles of the learning process elaboration by practitioners also have been taken as the basis for their preparation. &ldquo;The cycle of adult learning&rdquo;, developed by David Kolb, was used by the author as a cycle of continuing education for civil servants, which helped outline the frame of actions and the role of practitioners in the process of continuing education. Based on the French experience the author reveals the contents of pedagogical tools for practitioners involved in the process of civil servants&rsquo; training, offers methodological recommendations for the organization and implementation of educational activities by practitioners.&nbsp;</p>
