Abstract
Komunikacija je sveprisutna i vrlo kompleksna te je oduvijek bila važan čimbenik među ljudima. Etično djelovanje predstavlja kodeks ponašanja kojeg su poslovni ljudi međusobno prihvatili kao korektan način ophođenja prema široj javnosti. Danas, u suvremenim organizacijama etičnost je neodvojiva od profitabilnosti, odnosno izmjenjuju se da bi organizacije bile uspješne i konkurentne. Promjenom trendova mijenjaju se i pravila ponašanja, kojima se potrebno prilagoditi. Neprofitne organizacije obuhvaćaju udruživanje ljudi u timove s glavnim ciljem ispunjavanja određenih zadataka. Potreba za komunikacijom i etičnim ponašanjem je neizostavni dio realizacije svakog projekta. Cilj rada je istražiti utjecaj komunikacije i etičnog ponašanja na uspješnu realizaciju projekta „Međunarodni susret studenata turizma i ugostiteljstva“ koji se kroz tri godine održavao u Šibeniku.
Communication is omnipresent and very complex and has always been an important factor among people. Ethical action is a code of conduct that business people have accepted as a proper way of dealing with the general public. Today, in contemporary organizations, ethics is inseparable from profitability, that is to say that organizations are successful and competitive. Changing trends also changes the rules of behavior that need to be adjusted. Non-profit organizations include teaming up with teams with the main goal of fulfilling certain tasks. The need for communication and ethical behavior is an indispensable part of the realization of each project. The aim of the paper is to explore the influence of communication and ethical behavior on the successful implementation of the project "International Meeting of Tourism and Hospitality Students ", which was held for three years in Sibenik.

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.
