The work deals with the methods of workplace learning and the influence of trust in the managers to support changes in the education systems in company. The work builds on a Turkish study that examined the effects of trust in the managers to support organizational change in Turkey. The theoretical assumption is also that overall labor climate has an impact on the openness to change on the part of employees and support them in all stages of the corporate strategy. The thesis includes a survey and analysis of its results. The investigation focused on large businesses, that is assuming you already have a strategy for training their employees established. The result of the survey confirmed that trust in leadership has a strong influence to promote change education systems in enterprises and therefore at it, these companies primarily focus on. It is a research that involves human resources, and therefore the result is seen as very important for the further strategic HR management.Date
