[[abstract]]摘要 本研究旨在探討影響研發人員教育訓練參與動機與其成效之相關論題,包括:研發人員教育訓練參與內容及情況、參與教育訓練動機取向、 影響教育訓練參與之障礙要素、以及參與教育訓練之訓練成效探討。並希望能以受訓者的角度,去自我檢試參與教育訓練之動機,以及藉此深入了解其所認為自身所達成之訓練成效。 藉由對於研發人員參與教育訓練之動機,及訓練成效的了解。以提供教育訓練人員在針對相關參與對象規劃及實施教育訓練時,能以學習者的角度適當激勵學習動機,進而得以增加訓練成效。本研究係採質化研究中的個案研究法來進行,研究過程中總共訪談六位TFT-LCD產業之研發人員為對象。訪談過程經分析與討論,獲得主要結論如下: 一、 研發人員教育訓練參與情況與內容方面仍偏向工作專業類別,但仍會參與非專業性質之教育訓練內容。 二、 研發人員參與教育訓練之動機大致上偏向專業成長需求的目標取向,但除了專業能力外亦注意個人成長之需求。 三、 影響研發人員參與動機之因素中,較常見的為情境因素及機構因素。 四、 研發人員參與教育訓練之訓練成效並非僅在於技能的獲得,問題解決、人際與溝通以及自我提升等方面,亦能獲得訓練成效。
[[abstract]]ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to inquire the important issues of the Motivation and result of R&D personnel who participate in Trainings The discussion included the training content and situation the Motivation of participating trainings the factors that affect participation of trainings and the discussion of the training efficiency It is hope to self-examine the motivation of participating in trainings and to deeply understand the training result from the perspective of the trainee Via understanding the motivation of participating in training and the result of R&D personnel to help trainers properly encourage learning motive from the perspective of the trainee to increase training result when they plan and implement training for relative participants A case study from qualitative research was conducted and six R&D stuffs from TFT-LCD industry have been interviewed After analyzing and discussing the main conclusion from the interview is: ‧ R&D stuffs tend to participate in profession- related training but they still participate in training that is not related to profession ‧ The motivations for R&D stuffs to participate in training roughly tend to achieve the goal of fulfilling the demand of professional growth but they pay attention to self- growth as well ‧ Within these elements that influence R&D stuffs circumstance and organization are more common ‧ The efficiency of participating in training is not only the acquirement of skills but also problem solved human relationship and communication as well as self promotion
