Kreativität, ein Thema in der Lehrerausbildung? Eine Umfrage in einer Pädagogischen Hochschule

Abstract

Dieser Artikel stellt die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage vor, die innerhalb eines französischsprachigen HEP mit dem Ziel durchgeführt wurde, zu verstehen, wie  das Konzept der Kreativität in der Lehrerausbildung aufgegriffen und umgesetzt wird. Sie soll darüber hinaus Denkanstösse geben, wie dieses Konzept einerseits wahrgenommen wird und andererseits, wie Kreativität gefördert warden kann. Auf Grundlage dieser überlegungen stellt dieser Artikel einen Ausgangspunkt für Überlegungen zur Gestaltung von Ausbildungssystemen sowie zu Trainingsansätzen zur Entwicklung der Kreativität der Lehrer vor.So wird es möglich sein, eine Konvergenz sowohl der begrifflichen Auffassungen von Kreativität als auch der didaktischen Ansätzen zur Förderung von Kreativität herzustellen, die Trainer einsetzen, auch wenn dies unbewusst geschieht. Es geht darum, Kreativität als eigenständiges Ausbildungsobjekt bzw.-ziel zu definieren, bezogen auf theoretische und didaktische Aspekte in der Lehrerausbildung.

This article presents the results of a survey conducted within a French-speaking HEP aimed to identify and understand how the concept of creativity was used within teacher training. It aims to provide food for thought on how this concept is perceived on the one hand, and on the training methods used in connection with it on the other. On the basis of these comprehensive elements, this article proposes to be a starting point for considerations related to the design of training systems for the development of teachers’ creativity.It will thus be possible to notice a certain convergence both in the conceptions of creativity and in the didactic modalities that trainers set up to mobilize it, even though this is done in an unconscious way. It would be a question, precisely, of defining creativity as an object of training in its own right, namely, in a theorized and didactic way in teacher training.  

Cet article présente les résultats d’une enquête menée au sein d’une HEP romande destinée à déceler et comprendre la mobilisation du concept de créativité au sein de la formation des enseignants. Il vise à donner des pistes de réflexion sur la façon dont ce concept est perçu d’une part, et sur les modalités de formation engagées en lien avec celui-ci, d’autre part. à partir de ces éléments compréhensifs, le présent article se propose d’être une amorce de considérations en lien avec la conception de dispositifs de formation en faveur du développement de la créativité chez les enseignants.Il sera ainsi permis de remarquer une certaine convergence tant dans les conceptions de la créativité que dans les modalités didactiques que les formateurs mettent en place pour la mobiliser, alors même que cela est fait de façon non consciente. Il s’agirait, précisément, de définir dès à présent la créativité comme un objet de formation à part entière, nommément, de façon théorisée et didactisée dans la formation des enseignants.

Questo articolo presenta i risultati di un’indagine condotta all’interno di un HEP francofono per identificare e comprendere la mobilitazione del concetto di creatività nella formazione degli insegnanti. Esso mira a fornire spunti di riflessione sul modo in cui questo concetto viene percepito, da un lato, e sui metodi di formazione utilizzati in relazione ad esso, dall’altro. Sulla base dell’insieme di questi elementi, questo articolo vuole essere un punto di partenza per considerazioni relative alla progettazione di sistemi di formazione per lo sviluppo della creatività degli insegnanti.Sarà così possibile notare una certa convergenza sia nelle concezioni della creatività che nelle modalità didattiche che i formatori hanno messo in atto per mobilitarla, anche se in modo non consapevole. Si tratterà, pertanto, di definire la creatività come oggetto di formazione a sé stante, cioè in modo teorizzato e didattico nella formazione degli insegnanti.
