It is essential nowadays for every company to have sufficiently educated employees. Therefore a lot of companies are investing in education of their employees. The use of various educational programs provides them with sufficiently qualified employees. Alongside therewith efficient and fast adaptation process of the new employee is important for the company as well. The theoretical part of this work deals with planned education and describes various methods of employee education. At the end of this part, the work is focused on the characteristics of the adaptation process. The other part of this bachelor's work contains description of the training process in Amrest s.r.o. company. This company is one of the leading gastronomic companies in middle Europe. Due to the large number of new employees being hired this company has the adaptation process of the employees scheduled carefully. Based on the questionnaire survey among the employees some options were proposed to improve the current situation of the problematic areas.Date
