Inkluzivní vzdělávání a klima třídy

Abstract

Práce se zabývá inkluzivním vzděláváním a klimatem třídy jako jedním z důležitých faktorů úspěšné inkluze na základní škole. Část první, teoretická, je zaměřena na ucelenější pohled inkluzivního vzdělávání, dále pak na klima školní třídy a na jeho hlavní aktéry - učitele a žáky a jejich vzájemné vztahy. V praktické části práce prezentuji výsledky výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření, pozorování a rozhovorů. Zaměřila jsem se na třídní klima ve dvou třídách různého typu na prvním stupni ZŠ.

My work deals with inclusive education and climate of class as one of the important factors for a successful inclusion in elementary school. Part one is theoretical and it is focused on a more holistic view of inclusive education, as well as on the climate in the classroom and on its main actors ? teachers and pupils and their mutual relations. In the practical part of the thesis I present the results of research that was conducted through a questionnaire survey, observation and interviews. I have focused on class climate in two different classes of primary school.
