The Final thesis is dealt with education of employees of public administration. The Thesis is focused on a part of employees of a public administration´s education who work at Municipalities. Their education is joined with their professionalism . And it should bring benefits for all society. The aim of the Thesis is suggested particular changes of providing running‘s education. The Final thesis is divided into the theoretical and the empirical parts. The theoretical part is consisted of the literature review which involved knowledge of this topic. The empirical part is focused on the questionare if the system of the running’s education is sufficient. Thereafter is followed by the analysis of the running’s education of employees of the public administration. It is focused on employees of particularly departament’s of Municipalities. After evaluation the answears, on the base of getting knowledge and knowledge which is contained in the literature review, were suggested specific changes in way of providing running‘s education.The elaborated system of education facilitate employer planning professional and personality growth of employees. It’ll have a positive effect on their rewards.Date
