Historie a současnost ve vzdělání radiologických asistentů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje proglematice vzdělávání radiologických asistentů. Podnětem k volbě tématu práce byly poměrně zásadní změny v systému vzdělávávní radiologických asistentů v posledních letech. Studium oboru přešlo stejně jako mnoho dalších zdravotnických profesí ze středoškolské úrovně na úroveň vysokoškolskou ve snaze evropských zemí sjednotit úroveň vzdělávání v rámci Evropské unie. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na zpracování veškerých dostupných informací o vzdělávání v oboru radiologický asistent jak v České republice,tak i v některých vybraných zahraničních zemích. Popisuje historii vzdělávání v ČR od svého vzniku až po současnost. Zabývá se stručně pregraduálním i postgraduálním studiem, možností akreditovaných kurzů, vzděláním i odbornou přípravou a zmiňuje nejznámější organizace a instituce sdružující radiologické asistenty nejen u nás, ale i v evropských zemích. Součástí práce je také přehled legislativních norem a vyhlášek vztahujících se k tomuto povolání a v neposlední řadě i vysvětlení pojmu Sorbonnská a Boloňská deklarace, jež byly mezníky vzdělávání v oboru. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou předloženy výsledky dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na názory odborné veřejnosti na současný systém vzdělávání v oboru a na podporu celoživotního vzdělávání radiologických asistentů ze strany zaměstnavatelů. Výsledky práce v praxi poslouží jednak ke zhodnocení současného vzdělávacího systému v oboru, případně k jeho vylepšení, a současně i k posílení vyjednávací pozice profesní organizace i jednotlivých zaměstnanců při jednání se zaměstnavateli o zajišťování možností dalšího vzdělávání asistenů na pracovištích.

This bachelor dissertation is focused on the issue od radiological assistant education where the recent years have brought significant changes in the educational and training systems. As with other medical proffesions, the originaly secondary-school level education has been raised to university level due the prevailing trends in the EU countries and their efforts to adopt common educational standards in the European Union. The theroretical part of this bachelor dissertation reviews the available information on the educational and training programmes in the radiological assistant line both in Czech Republic and several other countries. The history of this study line in Czech Republic is described from the beginning to the present days. A brief review of the university and post-graduate syllabuses is presented as well as references to accredited courses, educational and technical training programmes available; references are also made to the best known radiological assistant professional organizations and institutions in Czech Republic and other countries. Included is a list of legislative standards and regulations related to this profession. The terms of Sorbonne and Bologna declarations are explained and their importance as milestones in the radiological assistent line education. The practical part of the bachelor dissertation consist of the results of a questionnaire-based research investigating the opinions of radiology experts concerning the present educational system and support to life-long continued education of radiological assistants from the side of their employers. The conclusions from this dissertation may, on the one hand, help asses the present educational programmes in the radilogical assistant line and contribute to their improvemets and, on the other hand, provide arguments and strengthen the positons of professional organisations and idnividuals in negotiations with their employers regarding post-graduate training of radiological assistants in specific professional positions.
