Abstract[[abstract]] 本研究為探索性研究，旨在瞭解參與網路進修的中小學教師現況、科技接受模式、參與動機、及自我導向學習傾向等情形，進而探討四者之間的關係，最後根據研究發現提出具體建議，以做為相關單位參考依據。 為達到上述研究目的，本研究採用文獻探討與問卷調查法，以參與網路進修中小學教師為研究對象進行調查，採立意取樣方式，共計有效問卷198份。經過資料整理與統計分析，茲將本研究主要的結論敘述如下： 一、參與網路進修中小學教師的「互動接觸」和「學習動機」，對「認知有用」最具有顯著的解釋力。 二、參與網路進修中小學教師的「互動接觸」和「獨立學習」，對「認知易用」最具有顯著的解釋力。 三、參與網路進修中小學教師的「認知易用性」和「認知有用性」對「使用態度」皆有顯著的解釋力。 四、參與網路進修中小學教師在科技接受模式、參與動機、自我導向學習傾向情形，會因任教學校、學校屬性、學校地區不同而有顯著差異的存在。
[[abstract]] The purposes of the study was to understand the current status of the teachers in primary to high school, technology acceptance model, motivation of participation and self-directed learning aptitude at web-based teachers’ training, and further explored the relation among these variables. The concrete suggestions which were brought up according to the discoveries of the research will be for reference of related organizations. In order to achieve above purposes, the study had been adopted both literature review and questionnaire investigation, the targets of the research were the elementary and high school teachers of web-based teachers’ training, with purposive sampling, there were 198 valid samples for further statistical analysis. Though statistical compiling and analyzing the raw data, the research results are as follow: 1. The teachers teach in primary to high school are participating in web-based training, the examination of the influence on the perceived usefulness reveals that interaction and learning motivation are significant variables. 2. The teachers teach in primary to high school are participating in web-based training, the examination of the influence on the perceived ease of use reveals that interaction and independent learning are significant variables. 3. The teachers teach in primary to high school are participating in web-based training, the examination of the influence on the attitude toward using reveals that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are significant variables. 4. All kinds of school, school’s attribute and school’s area are variables to significant differences of technology acceptance model, motivation to participate in orientation and self-directed learning aptitude among teachers in primary to high school of web-based teachers’ training.
