In this paper we present the main results of our research concerning the development of a formal model for the theory called The Fifth Discipline. Our model is based on a Multi-Agent Systems framework. The contributions of this work include a formal model for the Fifth Discipline, and analyses that highlight key features of that theory, namely the pressupositions that agents must be honest, cooperative, tenacious, and that trust is fundamental in the agents' interactions.Date
