成人看護実習(慢性期)における学生の経験による学び

Abstract

本報告は,慢性期看護実習において,学生が何をどのように感じ,悩み,考え,創造し,ケアし,看護観や自己成長を培っていったかという｢経験による学び｣の過程とその状況を明らかにすることを目的としている｡その結果,学生は,関心を持って患者と出会うことで患者の心情を感じとり,受け止め,考えたり悩んだりしながら,患者のそばにいる,感情を共有する,傾聴する,思いを受け止める,そばでよく観察する,などして能動的に患者にかかわっていた｡患者との相互関係のなかで,患者を知り,患者がわかるようになると患者の問題が見えてくるようになり,必要なケアを考えて,創造したケアを実践していた｡それらの経験が看護観を培っていた｡また,看護婦が醸し出す良い雰囲気を経験した学生は,人間としての暖かさと看護の専門家としての看護師像を浮き彫りにさせ,自分を見つめて自己成長を培っていた｡

This study is designed to clarify the students empirical learning during clinical practice. It focuses on what and how the students feel, suffer from, think about, care for, and cultivate their own views about nursing. The students were actively involved with the patient at the bedside. The objectives were to share a feeling with a patient, listen to the patient, accept the feeling, and observe the patient. As the students got to know the patient and their relationship developed, the students were able to creatively care for the patient. These experiences during
 clinical nursing practice helped the students to develop their view of nursing. The students saw nursing as warm and sophisticated profession.
