A code of conduct for sports physiotherapists in New Zealand

Abstract

A reprint of the "Sports Physiotherapy Code of Conduct (SPCC)," with permission from Sports Physiotherapy New Zealand, is presented. Topics discussed include the objective of the SPCC, the relationship between the "Aotearoa New Zealand Physiotherapy Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct" and the SPCC, and various commentaries on several topics including good patient care, relationships with patients, and employment structure and relationships.
