[[abstract]]本研究主要以土溝農村社區為具體個案,來探討當初以「一頭水牛」為出發,恢復固有農村傳統特色、發揮水牛刻苦耐勞精神,做為社區永續發展的目標,來瞭解土溝社區從事農村轉型的思考與實驗行動,透過以藝術型態導入社區營造,如何把人拉出來,並找回人與人互動的感覺,凝聚社區居民力量,也讓其他人能重新認識土溝社區和這片土地,尋找台灣農村的新價值與定位。 本研究所探討藝術進入傳統農村社區來推動永續發展,透過質性研究訪談,可瞭解土溝農村的社造過程強調居民與學生的溝通,學生才華的發揮,對社區營造作品與方案創意的引導,再透過雙方的意見表達,經過討論、修正、再討論、再修正,找出滿意的營造方式。最後的檢討會把營造過程與作品的成果重新檢視,不僅可以避免錯誤一再發生,亦使下次合作關係更為順利。學生畢業後也陸續回到土溝村開公司,不僅是對土溝村的熱愛,更因為當初一起工作的團隊所培養出來的良好默契,讓學生參與的能量能得以永續。[[abstract]]This research mainly in earthen trenches for of specific cases the rural community, to discuss the original of "a buffalo" is starting to restore the inherent characteristics of the rural tradition, the spirit of hard work to play a buffalo, as the community sustainable development goals, to find out of soil in the ditch of community Thinking and experimental activities in rural the transformation through art community to create import patterns, how to draw people out and get back the feeling of human interaction, community residents gather strength, and let other people be able to re-recognize the community and this earthen trenches piece of land, to find new values and positioning Taiwan countryside. The artistic Institute of Discussion into the traditional the rural community to promote sustainable development through qualitative research interviews, can understand the process of community building earthen trenches emphasize rural residents to communicate with students, student talent to play, to work with the of community to create innovative solutions guide, then through both sides of the opinions expressed, discussed, modified, and then discuss further amendments to find a satisfactory way to create. The final outcome of the review process will create and re-examine the work, not only avoid the errors occur repeatedly, the next partnership will also enable more smoothly. After graduation, students are starting to return to the soil village to start a company, not only for the love of of soil village, but because it was working with a team of well trained by tacit understanding, so that students can be involved in sustainable energy.
