Gender balanced eco-entrepreneurship participation is an inclusive-approach towards achieving sustainable developmental goals progression. It entails entrepreneurial developmental platform for gendered process competencies, centred on local environment influence and knowledge towards green-enterprise activities within an integrated-placed approach for Sub-Saharan African eco-developmental hub, managing the evolution from traditionally-structured livelihood activities to eco-friendly technological entrepreneurial livelihood is a thoughtful process. The study is exploratory in nature with descriptive analytical pattern, the competencies for gender balanced activity can be advanced through accountability, designation and obligation inclined to further adjustments in eco-entrepreneurship necessitating a wide-ranging inclusion prospect. The local, state and national government can raise their gross domestic product (GDP) growth through eco-entrepreneurship by training, ensuring obligatory undertakings, responsibility in ass essing successes of individuals’/communities participants in meeting commitments. Socio-eco-focus businesses, small enterprises and partnership organizations should be foremost in gender balanced participation that dictates gender fairness empowerment, shaping capabilities in expediting competence building for eco-entrepreneurial performance.
