Abstract
The present article pretends to reveal the meanings of the practice and discourse around the formation of the teachers in Antioquia. In behalf of the education regarding to the citizenship and peacebuilding. To do this, a cualitative methodology was proposed while a rigorous documentary review was made about all the literature that was close enough to the epistemic aim in this research. Among the main findings it was recognized the followings: the protagonic role of the teacher as the one who invites the dialogue, the importance of the formation in politics and human rights which it is highly important for the contemporaneous teachers. Thus, the necessity to design and generate the best ambience towards teaching-learning process; in pursuit of cultivating the critical thinking. In addition to, it is necessary for the contemporary school to design and generate the accurate scenarios towards the peacebuilding from the classroom.
El presente artículo pretende develar los sentidos de la práctica y el discurso en torno a la formación de maestros en Antioquia, en clave de la educación para la paz y la construcción de ciudadanía. Para ello se planteó una metodología de corte cualitativo, en tanto se realizó rigurosa revisión documental de toda aquella literatura que resultaba próxima y cercana al objeto epistémico planteado en la investigación. Entre los principales hallazgos se advirtieron: el rol protagónico del maestro como agente exhortador al diálogo, la importancia de la formación en política y en derechos humanos que le habrá de resultar propia al maestro contemporáneo, además de la necesidad de procurar y generar ambientes óptimos para el binomio enseñanza-aprendizaje; en pro de cultivar el pensamiento crítico. De éste modo, le resulta menester a la escuela contemporánea generar y diseñar escenarios propicios para construir paz desde el aula.
