Abstract
Since 1998, non-formal education has been set up to address a twofold problem. On the one hand there is a large number of children and young people who are out of school or who have dropped out, who need to be provided with remedial education to prepare for their socio-economic integration. On the other hand, as in contrast, young university graduates are unemployed in spite of their qualifications. Non-formal education, in partnership with NGOs, hires these graduates to ensure the right to education for children who are out of school.
