我国中小企业融资问题研究

Abstract

<H1><A name=_Toc128050434>内容提要</A></H1>改革开放以来，我国民营企业得到快速发展，民营经济占国民经济比重越来越大。民营企业大部分为中小企业，在发展中困难重重，其中融资难是困扰中小企业成长的最大难题。如何拓宽中小企业融资渠道是本文所要分析论证的主要内容。<BR>本文共分四章。第一章介绍并比较了世界主要国家（地区）和我国中小企业的界定标准及发展状况，并对阻碍我国中小企业发展的主要因素作了分析。第二章首先介绍了我国中小企业融资现状，接着从中小企业自身局限性和企业外部因素两方面对中小企业融资难原因作了重要分析。第三章针对第二章分析的原因，从政府、社会服务体系以及直接和间接融资渠道的拓宽等方面，来提出改善我国中小企业融资现状的对策。第四章是结论。<BR><BR><BR><B>

<H1><A name=_Toc128050435><FONT size=3>Ab</FONT></A><FONT size=3>stract</FONT></H1>Since China’s economic reform and opening-up to the outside world, the private enterprises have developed rapidly and the rate of private economy is accounting more and more in the national economy. Most private enterprises are small and medium-sized ones and are encountering many difficulties in the development. Among them, financing problem is the most difficult problem they are facing. How to widen the financing channel for small and medium-sized enterprises is the main content to analyze and demonstrate in this article. <BR> This article is divided into four chapters. In Chapter 1, introduce and make a comparison on the judging criteria and development situation of major countries (districts) in the world and China regarding small and medium-sized enterprise, then make an analysis on the main factors which are impeded the development of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises. In the Chapter 2, firstly introduce the existing status of financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprise in China, then make a important analysis on the reason why small and medium-sized enterprises are now facing difficulty when financing from two aspects: self-limitations and outer factors of small and medium-sized enterprises. With regards to the reason analyzed in Chapter 2, in Chapter 3, in the views of governmental, social service system and the widening of direct and indirect financing channel, propose countermeasures for the improvement of current financing status for Chinese small and medium–sized enterprises.
