Assédio moral contra mulheres : um estudo sobre as ações afirmativas para sua prevenção à luz dos fundamentos da Política Nacional de Turismo

Este trabalho constitui a Dissertação de Mestrado em Turismo do Programa de Pós-Graduação do Centro de Excelência em Turismo da Universidade de Brasília e teve como objetivo pesquisar e analisar a ocorrência de situações constrangedoras e assédio moral contra mulheres, estabelecendo um estudo acerca das ações afirmativas para sua prevenção à luz dos fundamentos da Política Nacional de Turismo - PNT. Sob o enfoque desta pesquisa, observa-se que o crescimento do setor turístico constitui um fenômeno de relevante interesse social e chama a atenção de estudiosos de diversas áreas, devido ao seu crescimento no cenário local e internacional, além das possibilidades multidisciplinares para sua abordagem e compreensão. O cenário de avanço das mulheres no mercado de trabalho é louvável, porém, por vezes sai de foco devido à persistente desigualdade de gênero. Face à relevância dos efeitos negativos do assédio moral para as organizações de modo geral, emergiu o interesse de investigar essa prática no contexto do turismo, com vistas a identificar as eventuais ações para a prevenção do assédio moral contra as mulheres consoante os fundamentos da PNT. Como resultados, tem-se que tais ações até então, consideradas mínimas, poderão, com a realização de programas de governo em diversos segmentos e organizações e no tocante à PNT, acredita-se que provavelmente haverá modificações, colocando tudo isso como proposta para uma política de turismo mais humana mais respeitadora, considerando as mulheres segundo os conceitos de igualdade de gênero, sem assédio moral, sem prejulgamentos podendo ainda essa proposta servir de subsídios para as políticas de igualdade de gênero e das ações de responsabilidade civil na perspectiva de uma sociedade onde as mulheres possam viver em segurança.

This work constitutes the Masters Degree in Tourism of the Postgraduate Program of the Center of Excellence in Tourism of the University of Brasilia and had as objective to investigate and analyze the occurrence of embarrassing situations and moral harassment against women, establishing a study about affirmative actions for its prevention in the light of the fundamentals of the National Tourism Policy (PNT). Under the scope of this research, it is observed that the growth of the tourism sector constitutes a phenomenon of relevant social interest and attracts the attention of scholars from diverse areas due to its growth in the local and international scenario beyond the multidisciplinary possibilities for its approach and understanding. The landscape of advancement of women in the labor market is commendable, but sometimes out of focus due to persistent gender inequality. What else is present in the wage gap. Due to the relevance of the negative effects of bullying to organizations in general, there was an interest in investigating this practice in the context of tourism, with a view to identifying possible actions to prevent moral harassment against women based on the foundations of the PNT. As a result, it is assumed that such actions, considered to be minimal, could, with the implementation of government programs in various segments and organizations and in relation to the NTP, probably be modified, putting all this as a proposal for a more humane tourism policy, considering women according to the concepts of gender equality, without moral harassment, without prejudices, and this proposal may serve as a subsidy for gender equality policies and civil liability actions in the perspective of a society where women can live in safety.
