Letter dated September 14, 1917 from A. P. (Alexander Priestly) Camphor, American bishop (elected 1916) of the Methodist Episcopal Church and missionary bishop to Liberia, to John Franklin Goucher in which he seeks Goucher's assistance in securing financial aid from the Board of Foreign Missions of the Methodist Episcopal Church on which Goucher was a member.
