Abstract
El actual contexto digital ha dividido a los miembros del hogar en nativos (los hijos) e inmigrantes tecnológicos (los padres). Que el niño sea perfecto conocedor de los nuevos medios no implica que su dominio vaya más allá de lo puramente técnico. Son menores de edad y, aunque hayan nacido y crecido en una cultura digital, están inmersos en el proceso de su propia formación como persona social y crítica, algo que es responsabilidad de la familia. Con el objetivo de superar las dificultades que derivan de la brecha digital en las relaciones paterno-filiales, el presente artículo, a través de la metodología Delphi, busca analizar la percepción que el entorno social y educativo del menor tiene sobre la cultura digital y sobre el uso que los propios niños hacen de las nuevas tecnologías. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que padres, profesores y demás agentes socializadores desconfían del alcance de las TIC y que una alfabetización digital sería efectiva si fuera acompañada de una formación en valores.

Export search results
