Written in the presence of Samuel Kirkland: the Oneidas wish to have a friendship treaty to talk about the needs of the Oneidas. They need a grist mill and a saw mill, and they want the Governor to contact the president and have a commissioner appointed to their delegation.Date created: January 24, 1805
