Abstract

The present study attemps to account for the complexity of the issues tackled. It explores the nature and indeed the very foundation of reason, relating three major philosophers. The transcendantal foundation of empiricism is itself founded - ultimately - on an anthropological empirical foundation in a dialectical circle.
