Религиозно-нравственные основы педагогической системы С. А. Рачинского
AbstractThe problem of spiritual and moral up-bringing of the young generation first appeared in the 19th century. Rachinsky (1833-1902) realized the danger of spiritualistic ideas and saw the root of this evil in lack of faith. They also understood that people's passion for contact with the dead could destroy human spirit and lead society to immorality and awful crimes. Now, when the idea of morality of the human behaviour is one of the main problems in modern school it is very important to learn the pedagogical views of the great men Rachinsky, who suggested their methods of up-bringing of children, based on creation of religious, all - human and moral values. These methods must be researched by modern pedagogical science and the positive expirience of the 19th century can be adopted in modern school.
