ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЭТНОКУЛЬТУРНОЙ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ УЧАЩИХСЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ШКОЛЫ

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования этнокультурной компетентности в условиях современной образовательной среды школы. Концептуальные положения Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта начального общего образования (ФГОС НОО) ориентированы на формирование у учащихся основ российской гражданской идентичности, этнической и национальной принадлежности и уважительного отношения к истории и культуре других народов. Формирование этнокультурной компетентности учащихся возможно при особой роли образовательного учреждения, где закладываются основы культурного развития, моральных качеств и установок, а также развивается способность к межкультурному конструктивному диалогу и партнерству.

The article considers the problem of ethnocultural competence formation in the modern educational environment. Conceptual provisions of the Federal state educational standard of primary general education (FSES PGE) focus on the formation of the foundations of Russian civil identity, ethnic and national origin and respect for the history and culture of other nations in students. Formation of ethnocultural competence in students is possible with the special role of an educational institution where the foundations of cultural development, moral qualities and attitudes, as well as the ability to develop intercultural dialogue and constructive partnership are developed.
