AbstractАнализируется первоначальный этап развития города Новониколаевска стратегического населенного пункта на Транссибирской железнодорожной магистрали. Главное внимание уделено историографическим аспектам развития городского самоуправления и взаимоотношениям города с представителями династии Романовых. Город возник на кабинетских территориях, поэтому велся активный диалог с центральными властями по различным аспектам административной, хозяйственно-экономической, политической, общественной жизни горожан. Цель статьи показать историографические тенденции изучения ранней истории города Новониколаевска и проанализировать историографические сюжеты, связывающие Новониколаевск и династию Романовых.
This article analyzes the initial phase of development of the city Novonikolaevsk (from 1926 Novosibirsk) a strategic settlement on the Trans-Siberian railway line. In Soviet historiography phenomenal growth of Novonikolaevsk Novosibirsk bound with the "conquests of socialism" and the Soviet system of planned economy. Novonikolaevsk appeared relatively randomly and received the status of city of Tomsk province in 1903. Stages of development of the city in the twentieth century correlated with the stages of economic policy. Urban policies of the Soviet era ruthlessly destroyed merchant houses, bank buildings, religious buildings, reminded the royal regime. The years of Soviet power was the years of basic administrative growth of Novosibirsk. But the basis of this growth has been the city's history of the beginning of twentieth century. A large role in shaping the city as Novonikolaevsk played church. Its millenary traditions assisted to the spiritual atmosphere of high morality and the succession of human values. Novonikolaevsk was a major trading center of Siberia and attracted the Russian and foreign capital. In 1907 was opened the departments of the largest Russian banks: State Bank, Commercial Bank of Siberia, Russian-Asian Bank, Foreign-Trading Bank. The main attention in the article is shared out to the historiographical aspects of the development of municipal government and city relationships with representatives of the Romanov dynasty. City appeared on state areas, so was active dialogue with the central government on various aspects of administrative, economic, political and social life of citizens. In 1909 Novonikolaevsk received a full city regulations. In 1910, 52,695 people lived here. The value of motionless property was boomed in the city: in 1900 it was 280,760 rubles, in 1909 it was 3,224,845 rubles. In 1906, on the amount of the real estate property Novonikolaevsk has taken the second place in Siberia after Tomsk. The collapse of the House of Romanov in 1917, as nor paradoxical, had beneficial effects for Novonikolaevsk. During the devastation caused by the civil war, the population of Novonikolaevsk decreased, mortality from epidemics increased. But, despite the devastation and economic difficulties of the period of the military communism and civil war, cancellation of the state debt has allowed the city quickly to restore the economy at the period of the new economic policy. Ultimately, its contributed to the fact that Novonikolaevsk became a large city, and then the capital of the whole of Siberia. The purpose of the article show historiographical trends of the study the early history of the city and analyze historiographical Novonikolaevsk stories linking Novonikolaevsk and the Romanov dynasty.
