Abstract
Abstract
The traditional method of research and teaching in philosophical field adopts a purely Normative Approach . It focuses on the question on how a person should be behaving when exposed in front of ethical dilemmas . In this note we describe the principles of ethical traditional and then proceed to provide examples of how the positive approach of behavioral ethics may enrich profitably classic per- spectives . In this context the ethical behavior is outlined as the study of which behaviors systemati- cally and predictably diverge with respect to the in- tuition. Focusing on a positive - descriptive dimen- sion, rather than a purely normative, the behavioral analysis of the ethical phenomena is especially inte- resting to investigate causes and determinants indu- cing motivated people to break the moral and ethi- cal standards . The considerations and recommen- dations deriving from this approach are being parti- cularly interesting and vastly applicable to concrete cases of business ethics
