Підготовка професорсько-викладацького складу до забезпечення формування етичної компетентності майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури
Abstract
Abstract<p>In article the essence of training of teachers of the highest pedagogical educational institutions for ensuring formation of ethic competence of future teachers of physical culture is opened. It is noted that professional and ethical readiness of the teacher which is defined as set of professional motives, knowledge, abilities, skills, and also a complex of the personal qualities providing efficiency of process of formation of ethical competence of students is result of such preparation. Professional and ethical readiness of the teacher consists of the corresponding psychological readiness and professional competence. The author refers to special knowledge which are necessary for the teacher for formation of ethical competence of students: knowledge of an essence and the maintenance of ethical competence of future teacher of physical culture, features of process of formation of this quality, technology of the organization of monitoring of noted process; knowledge of methodology and conceptual principles of moral and ethical education of students. Groups of abilities which are necessary for the teacher for successful formation of ethical competence of students are defined: tseleustanovka, planning, research, stimuliruyushche-motivational, constructive, control and correctional, communicative, reflexive and analytical.&nbsp;</p>
