คุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาของสถานประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมสหกิจศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยคุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาของสถานประกอบการที่ เข้าร่วมสหกิจศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ สถานประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี จำนวน 98 คน และการสัมภาษณ์ แบบไม่เป็นทางการ (Informal Interview) โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารของสถานประกอบการ เพื่อนำมาใช้เป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นในการสร้างแบบสอบถาม และให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบเครื่องมือ เพื่อวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถาม ก่อนจะแจกแบบสอบถามไปยังสถานประกอบการ ต่อจากนั้นได้นำแบบสอบถาม ไปทดลองใช้ (Try-out) จำนวน 30 คน โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน คุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาของสถานประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมสหกิจศึกษา จากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ทั้ง 7 ด้าน (1) ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม (2) ด้านความรู้ (3) ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา (4) ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ (5) ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยี (6) ด้านบุคลิกภาพ (7) ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ โดยภาพรวมสรุป ทุกด้านมีความเหมาะสม ในระดับมาก แสดงว่าคุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาของสถานประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมสหกิจศึกษา สามารถนำไปใช้พัฒนานักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาก่อนไปปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คำสำคัญ : คุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ สถานประกอบการ สหกิจศึกษา Abstract: This research study focus on the desirable characteristics of cooperative students in enterprises that were co-operated project with Rajamangala University of Technology Tawa-Ok Chantaburi Campus. The sample were managers who work in these companies totally 98 people. The research method in this study was used informal interview technique to find out base information to build up questionnaire and specialized monitoring tool to analyze the questionnaires by the experts before handing the questionnaires to the enterprises. Subsequently, the questionnaires had brought to try out with 30 samples the result of statistics significant value was .05. The statistics method used in this study were percentage,mean and standard deviation. The outcome of desirable characteristics of cooperative students in enterprises were seven parts as below. 1.Virtue and Ethical 2. Knowledge 3. Intellgence skill 4. Personal relation skill and responsibility 5. Logic analysis, Communication and Technology application 6. Personality and Human Relation. In overall conclusion these seven desirables were appropriate in high level which shows that the desirable characteristics of cooperative students in enterprises can be used to develop a cooperative students before going to work effectively.
