Abstract[[abstract]]臺灣的海洋環境在海洋生態、海岸地貌及地理位置三方皆深具特色。因此,與海洋共生共⬀的認知是全民教育:對海洋的永續態度，應普及於全民通識中。 本研究旨在探討曾文社區大學海洋課程之學員學習動機、學習歷程與學習成效，以教育部頒布之海洋教育五大內涵來檢視曾文社大學員的海洋認知，並從學習滿意度與推廣意願來了解成效，最後根據研究發現，提出具體建議，作為日後海洋教育課程設計及推廣參考。本研究以參與觀察與半結構深度訪談,三角檢測並以內容分析將訪談結果歸納,結果發現:(一)曾文社區大學海洋課程學員之學習動機為「求知興趣」、「職業晉升」、「社交關係」、「逃避與刺激」四面向,其中「社交關係」中的社會支持是新生加入與舊生再學的重要因素。(二)曾文社區大學海洋課程學員對於學習滿意度有高評價,其中以「教師教學」為最高 (三)實作課程增進學員對海洋的興趣與瞭解,學員並以海洋體驗課程為推廣號召。建議:(一)目前參與學員多為教師,可針對曾文社區大學其他課程學員的選擇動機，做為日後課程推廣的方向(二)未來課程可針對河海志工培訓與社區營造做連結,建立社區共同議題,培養社區公民,並深入研究。 The marine environment in Taiwan is featured with its ecological versatility, coastal geomorphology, and geographical location. It is the universal cognition that the sustainable attitude towards to marine, rather than paper-reading education, is the key to environment. This study aims to investigate the motivation of members who have taken the marine programs at Tseng Wen Community College (TWCC). Based on the curriculum guidelines of Marine Education announced by Ministry of Education, this study, therefore, attempts to examine the implementation and its benefits of the marine programs provided by TWCC through members’ learning satisfaction. The findings are: (1) as to the TWCC members’ learning motivation, “desire to learn”, “career advancement” and “social relations” are the three factors; (2) members at Tseng Wen Marine Community College have valued highly on their perceived learning satisfaction; (3) implements and experiences enhance members’ interests in marine, increasing members’ participation in the further courses and fieldtrip activities. The present suggestions are as follows: (1) to encourage the local residents to join TWCC more enthusiastically; (2) to design and develop marine programs based on the needs of all residents and communities; (3) to link volunteer training and community development, building in-depth community consensus on citizens.
