dc.description.abstract[[abstract]]學校實驗室廢液是實驗過程中的副產品,但伴隨而來的廢液回收及處理亦為環保上之重要課題。相較於一般事業機構的廢棄物,學校實驗室廢液具有:(1)種類多:實驗廢棄物因各實驗研究主題或用途的差異,使得廢棄物組成非常複雜;(2)變化大:在研究初期產生量較少,報告結案前產生量倍增;(3)特殊性:同時含有多樣的危害成份及有機無機混合;(4)量少:佔全國廢液類廢棄物不足1%。 教育部核可於國?成?大學設置「教育機構廢棄物共同處?機構」,此共同處?機構整合焚化、物化及熔融三種處?技術,進?各?校園實驗廢棄物的處?作業。然而本廠物化系統以處?各?實驗室無機廢液為主,由於廢液性質?同,故可能產生特性迥?之乾燥污?,進而提高後續污?處?與再?用之困難?。有鑑於此,本研究擬針對物化系統污?進?組成分析及特性調查,並探討污?再?用於水?熟?燒製之可?性。在污?特性調查方面,本研究擬針對廠內現存污?及焚化底渣進?採樣分析,以瞭解污?之化學元素組成、重?屬與鹽?及其種?與含?等差?,作為物化系統污?後續處?與再?用之?據。另一方面,本研究亦嘗試再?用物化系統污?於水?熟?燒製,探討污?中重?屬與鹽?等干擾物質對於熟?晶相生成之影響。根據燒成熟?特性分析結果,瞭解最適生?組成與污?添加?,提供污?水?材?化再?用之?考。
