屏東地區幼兒園創新經營之研究

Abstract

[[abstract]]本研究主要探討屏東地區私立幼兒園創新經營之研究。本研究目的為了解不同個案對於少子化衝擊與幼托整合政策實施後產生的問題及影響?本研究採用多重個案法，其個案選擇四家屏東地區經營超過十年以上合法立案通過之私立幼兒園進行深度訪談。 探討在少子化衝擊下、幼托整合實施後的轉型歷程，與幼兒園如何創新經營，依據訪談與逐字稿記錄的方式搜集資料，整理後提出結論與建議。 本研究發現訪談個案均因前身屬性不同，經營方式、辦學理念、園所規模、教學方式也有所不同，面對少子化與幼托整合所產生的問題及因應策略也有所不同。四家幼兒園以「精緻化幼兒園」、「親師溝通」、「多元教學」、「勇於投資」為創新經營策略。四家園所皆有屬於自己一套的辦學理念與經營模式，盡全力在少子化衝擊與幼托政策實施後所產生的問題及影響下維持教保品質，善用屬於適合園所的創新經營策略進而永續經營至今。

This study used multiple case method selected four private kindergarten to depth interviews in Pingtung area with operating over ten years of legal filing Discussion at impact of low birth rate the implementation of the integration process of transformation after nursery and kindergarten and kindergarten how to innovation management based on interviews and the transcript of the recording mode to collect information after finishing submit conclusions and recommendations This study found that the interview cases were different from the predecessor attribute mode of operation、school-running philosophy、Kindergarten scale、teaching methods are differs In the face of the integrated kindergarten and nursery school policy of the low birthrate and the young children the problems and the corresponding strategies are also different Four kindergartens with elaboration kindergartens「elaboration kindergartens」、「parent-teacher communication」、「multiple approach」、「courage to invest」innovative business strategy Four kindergartens has its own set of educational philosophy and business model nursery and kindergarten make every effort under the problems with the impact maintain the quality of teaching in the low birth rate impact of implementation of the policy the advantage of belonging to the nursery for innovative business strategies and further sustainable development so far
