澎湖離島觀光旅遊發展之探討

Abstract

[[abstract]]澎湖為我國離島之一，地處邊陬海隅，產業發展條件受到交通、地理環境及資源貧瘠等先天因素影響，雖擁有豐富的海洋自然生態、悠久歷史人文、特殊景觀地質等特色，卻缺乏財政資源所衍生的農、漁、畜牧等在地產業開發窘境，且高等教育資源有限、經年長期工商不振，肇致嚴重青、壯年人口外移，大多居民仰賴的海洋資源逐漸枯竭下，綠色觀光產業的帶動，有望提升民生，尤其發展特色觀光與創意產業更是開啟知名度的不二法門。檢視全球國際觀光產業，拜便利的交通運輸與日益精進的科技產業之賜，旅遊活動日趨熱絡且多樣化，更是不斷成長，世界各國無不積極投入觀光旅遊資源開發與宣傳行銷，吸引更多國際觀光客到來，增加外匯收入。本研究藉由蒐整澎湖相關史料文獻與進行SWOT 分析等影響觀光產業發展因素的變化，找尋精進且提升澎湖觀光產業能量，邁向永續觀光發展的大道，創造成為國際觀光海島。

[[abstract]]Penghu is one of offshore island of Taiwan. The development is restricted by inconvenient traffic, geography environment and poor natural resources because of rounded by sea. Despite of rich oceanic eco-system, long-history culture, and special landscape, PengHu lacks of financial resources support in agriculture, fishery, stock farming. As result, the local industry development is in predicament. Besides, young adults move outside since Penghu has poor education resources and underdeveloped manufacturing and commerce. Lots of residents depend on ocean resource. However, the ocean resource is exhausted gradually. Ecological tourism industry takes the lead to promote Penghu resident’s livelihood economic. It is a way to boom popularity of Penghu especially in developing eco-tourism and culture-creative industries.In consequence of convenient traffic and progressing science and technology now, activities of tourism is well developing and becoming more diversities, thriving and prosperous by viewing worldwide tourism industry. To attract and well come more world tourists and increase foreign exchange earnings, countries in the world are inputting and promoting tourism industry.To step forward and develop sustainably, it can make Penghu a international island in tourism. The study searches progress and promote tourism industry of Penghu by collecting historical documents of Penghu and analyzing strength, weakness, opportunities and threats.
